We are now in the techy generation and most people around the world are engrossed into social media like Facebook,Instagram,Youtube,and etc.
You live in the same roof but each member of the family is facing their own cellphone, laptop, computer and the likes. This is alarming because it snatches our attention of being an essential human.We become so dependent with our gadgets that we forget to communicate essentially with our friends ,family and love ones.

There's nothing bad having a gadget(s) or having a social media accnt(s) as long as we know how to descipline ourselves. But the major problem is only few are educated on how to limit their time on social media.Unconsciously it's slowly affecting their mental,physical as well as their emotions.

Accdng to study , "technological addictions have been found to be part of the same criteria as chemical addictions, such as smoking and alcoholism."

Oh well, you better start examining yourself and get the hell out of that trap.Why?because it's slowly turning into a habit 😫 . It's like you're giving up your sovereignty and power to your cellphone!Don't allow yourself to be a slave of it ❎.

I know this is kind of hard but you need to push yourself and beat it.

The First Hour of the day

is very important. You should avoid reaching through your phone and checking it on the first hour of the day. Go and have meditation for 20mins. or go for a jog outside, do exercise, or drink a glass of water just do anything that gives natural alertness to your body and mind just don't reach and touch your phone upon waking up.

A simple tip for you to avoid reaching through your phone for the first hour in the morning is to keep your phone away from you an hour before you go to bed at night.Put it in an area where you find yourself too lazy enough to reach it as you wake up in the morning.Go get youself freshen up,do exercise,you mediate,eat your breakfast and etc.

This Is Also Important

SELF-CONTROL

It goes along with DESCIPLINE. If you practice self-control then you're good to go. It would be easier to attain descipline if you know how to control yourself. Always tell your mind that you own yourself that you are not subject of slavery to your cellphones or whatever gadgets and sns there.It is very important you know when to use your gadget and when to post and what to post in social media.

Always keep in mind that having a walk with nature,talking to people,creating good memories with your love ones, engaging yourself in any outdoor activities or participating in any soundful movements in your community and any stuffs that will help you discover more about yourself and about life are still the best food to our soul. We know that the only constant in this world is change and being in this computer age and integrated changes let us not forget the essentials of being a human. For me, Life is a journey ,we've got a lot of stuffs,things and places to explore. Don't limit to what is trending or what's in for the moment. Go and explore more!
