Are you willing to pivot and adapt to beat the competition succeed. If not, I would worry - because your competition are already doing it.

The world we live in today is always changing. You need to be able to adapt to thrive and succeed. If you can’t adapt to the environment then you won’t be able to survive against the competition. Just think about Netflix vs Blockbuster - why did blockbuster lose? They failed to adapt.

To adapt effectively you need to have two things: 1) a willingness to adapt, to change and pivot - not only your strategy but in some cases your end goal and 2) an awareness of external factors.

Do you remember how Amazon started? They started with books. They weren’t afraid to innovate, adapt and pivot with a changing world. Look at them now. Most of their revenue comes from their Amazon Cloud product line.
