This Youtuber, JerryRigEverything, has a channel about durability test of gadgets, mainly he test the durability of smartphones but can go far as much as gaming handheld devices and other similar things. As the search results go he has one of the most viewed channels out there his measurement of durability starts from scratch test in the whole body of the phone including the screen, and a burn test on the screen, and always ends up in a bend test where he bends the phone.

   Now what I will do is I'll summarize the Smartphones of 2017 in which what Phones Pass and what phones Fail in the Test of Durability in terms of Bending. For the record he has bended over 60 phones 7 of which failed him, but many of those phones barely pass the test, which I will consider as a Fail in this summary. There are no rankings once the phones are categorized as Pass or Fail. 

Phones Who FAILED

1. HTC U11

   Yes the flagship phone of HTC has failed the test and is one of the 6 phone who actually failed the bend test because of their new technology that has a Squeezable metal frame making the support less sturdier. 

2. BlackBerry KEYone

   Another recent device which is the Blackberry's flagship failed the test. Even if the phone itself looks premium in quality and build it failed seconds after applying pressure to the back of the phone, making the screen popped out. 

3. Asus ZenFone 3 Deluxe

   Barely pass the test of Jerry. But for me it failed because due to the fact of false marketing claiming that the phone is purely made of "All Metal" which is not true revealed in the video of its Durability Test. 

Phones Who PASS

   Notice how Jerry really tried to break all these phones, he is pressing as hard as he can from front and back end yet they never broke or even permanently bend.

1. Samsung Galaxy S8

   It is amazing to see that a thin phone can survive a bend test like this one, you can even see that the screen is not flexing compared to the other failed phones. 

2. Nokia 6

   Nokia has done it again its as sturdy as the 3310, the good thing is it has a strong build quality yet it is a cheap and affordable smartphone, it even surprise me seeing other much expensive phones failed the test.

3. LG G6

   Truly an upgrade over the G6 in terms of design and build quality, the phone is so sturdy that you can barely even see any bending that happen to the phone.

NOTE : These Smartphones are released by 2017 that is why if you don't see any particular phone on the list like the Iphone 7 and Google Pixel you know now why.
