Dreaming of Success is not bad. But having it in an instant is not good. In order to be successful in a long time period, you must undergo a series of process to make a solid success. You must have a clarity of mind, focus, and execution to achieve what you want and what you deserve. This is what Tony Jeary thought in his book " Strategic Acceleration".

Strategic Acceleration is a leadership process that requires awareness, operational practices, and powerful information from an excellent resources to achieve your goal in a short period of time than what you expect.

Strategic acceleration also focuses in innovating old ways into new ones using the best tools that are proven and tested by his own. Also, strategic acceleration helps you in overcoming challenges through having a clarity of mind, focus, and execution considering the hardest of facts.

Clarity

When you don't have clarity, or never required it, it is hard for you to generate the kind of focus which is essential to establish a step by step plan in getting what you want. Clarity is achieved when you know what you want to achieve by knowing what to do. The requirement for clarity is specific with respect to three issues:

Purpose: Relates to the “why” of things.
Value: Relates to the real benefits that can be acquired.
Objectives: Unless objectives are stated clearly and understood by all, the likelihood of achieving them are slim.

Focus

As you go along the road to success, many things runs through your mind especially in overcoming challenges. This things will interrupt you and your focus in what you really want to achieve. Focus is making your main goal your main goal. Always keep in your mind on what is your goal, then you apply focus to that, delete those unnecessary things which wont help you propel on your way.
Tony Jeary’s facilitation strategy to create the proper focus zeros in on three issues;

1.Mandating the correct action items
2.Creating the appropriate amount of detail to support action mandates
3.Creating benchmarks that can measure results.

Execution

Execution is the transition of clarity and focus into action so that your expected results turns into reality. These are the four elements that must be implemented:

1.Communication Mastery
2.Performance Benchmarks
3.Measurement of Impact
4.Sustained Results

Thank you for this post and making some people stay focused on what they have started to do to achieve their goals. Sometimes our mindset is being distracted by certain factors such as failures and the lack of consistency in what we have set for us to do.
