Something From My House Episode 5

Picked something weird for this episode. I'm not even entirely sure what it's supposed to be. It's most likely supposed to be a sunbather. An old time one from the looks of the swimsuit. If that is a swimsuit. It would say it was except for one thing. That raised leg. Why would a sunbather have a leg sticking straight up in the air? Not only that the leg moves like a dancer doing a kick. It and the fan are not attached to the figurine. They just fit into holes. The leg has pegs on each side that it balances on and sways if you move it or I would guess if there is a breeze. Also just notice the high heels. Not really sun bathing attire. Maybe it's supposed to be some kind of go-go dancer. Then the question is why laying down?
