As a blogger you might have picked a niche to be blogging on but find that you are really not getting what you want, probably it was doing well but has gone into disfavour, kind of.

Many bloggers get frustrated if a niche they delve into is not popular and as such not driving traffic. Have you always loved blogging or you jumped at it because of the money you hope to get? Is it smart to be on one niche or get more than one? Are you sometimes confused about what exactly to blog about?

@euronation is famous on steemit. It has recruited a large number of steemians who are adding value to the blockchain. Granted ULOG has been initiated so you could at least write about yourself or how your day went. However below is a list of niches or blogging areas where you can choose to delve into , define yourself and drive traffic.

Maybe you got all the traffic and the audience you want. You may also have the content, but if you want to see improvement, it will not be a bad idea if you give just a glance to the following blogging areas too.

History is a great way to drive traffic to your blog because you will fill it with useful information many people may not have heard. You get current events and create consistent content. For example, did you know that there is a place where it rains diamond? Find out. I wish i could live there. Hahaha

iv) RECIPES

There is always a new diet. With that there is always new recipes to discover. If you can, why not search and try you hands on some? Then blog about it.

v) BEGINNERS GUIDE

With beginners guide on everything, you build what is called organic search traffic. Many will look up to your blog as a place they can learn how to make use of so many things. You may get the largest resteem on beginners guide

vi) INTERVIEWS

With this you can set yourself apart form other bloggers. Such interviews help you to gain valuable knowledge of the person(s) interviewed probably as it relates to steemit only. Most people who later want to have details about a particular person do not need to search for that person but to search for your blog

vii) FEATURING PEOPLE

This is almost like the one above, however, this goes beyond just interviewing them but you also feature their quotes, other personal information they love to share, their mistakes in life , what they would have done better if it were possible to go back to old times, their success story, etc. Their life generally away from steemit that they are willing to share so people could learn from can be blogged about.

viii) PRODUCT REVIEW

There are lots of products in the market. But you can take it as a blogging point to search for new products introduced into the market everyday. Run a review of them daily as they come, this will help your followers or audience know the latest, which to buy and why they should buy it.

ix)CONTESTS

If you can, make your blog a contest blog. Everyone wants to win something, so they are drawn to your blog because of the contest.

x) ADVICE

Blog about advice on different subject matter. It could be different subjects everyday. People need help. Be the advicer on a number of subjects and you will become indispensible

xi) PARENTING TIPS

Many parents are at logger heads with their kids. Many expect too much from this kids. They often see what the kids are not doing at their age but they fail to see where the kids excel which the parent at that age wasn't doing. Rather than allowing them freak out, can you blog on parenting tips and draw traffic to your blog?

xii) BE A MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKER

Everyday, people need a kick to get going. Motivational post can do the miracle. I like this one a lot from Steve Jobs. He said " Your time is limited, so dont waste it living someone else's life". That motivates me everyday. That makes me not to compare myself, earnings or achievement with anyone. It makes me focus on improving myself. A few more of these if known to be found always on your blog, can make a turn around for you. Many people will like to start their day with a good dose of inspirational quotes from you.

xii) START A POLL

With this, you introduce or want to know what people think about a particular topic. Mention the topic, say a few things on it and ask for people's opinion on it. Many are ready to offer their opinion on things even when not asked. Make a blog of finding people's opinion on different topics every day and you will be wowed about the turn out everyday.

xii)PUBLISH A WHAT IF POST EVERYDAY

People like to dream and claim it that so many good things will happen to them . Blog about "What if" and use your imagination to say good things especially, finding their opinions on what they would do if they win a million dollars, take a million sbd and stop sex, are asked to stop eating for two days and things like that. Vary your "What if"s and you will see response everyday.

Hmm, I am begining to get ideas into my head already with this post. Are you? seek to make your blog hot everyday. Whether you have a topic or you decide to use ULOG, make your blog indispensible. Some tweet (am not encouraging that), yet they make so much earning compared to you who spend most of the time researching on what to write. They have built confidence in people, relationship and become indispensible. Will you try some of the tips above? I am trying one out today unfailingly.

You may be alright with your niche. But on a particular day, it is not bad if you become known for a particular thing you blog about. This piece is not to confuse you or make you change your niche, it is just an advice for those who suffer a block, who on some days they become overwhelm with what to write. Pick something from above and write. They will be improvement on your blog. There will be fun on your blog on the day chosen. Add value to the blockchain to gain value.
