The King of the night and the White Walkers, who and how do they do them?

The famous White Walker of the first episode of the series is played by Ross Mullman. Her make-up takes at least 6 hours. That's right, the spectacular walkers are not made with visual effects but with prosthetics and make-up made by experts in this area. Only the bright blue of his eyes is digitally retouched, but they also use special lenses. Ross Mullman has explained that acting with all the make-up and surrounded by green screen is quite a challenge. The King of the Night
