I completely agree with the conceptions on the subject of strategic planning, especially in all that refers to the changes that this has suffered due to the advancement of technology and its influence on classical experimentation. I am only concerned that the short-term results of trial and error applied to international political action will lead to a long-term economic imbalance in other nations that may later lack triggering programs that allow them an outlet even if provisional (especially if their rulers and leaders abhor the theory of strategic planning or are influenced by modern changes in the structuring of it).
