Today has been good, with an earthquake thrown in for fun!

Today has been a good day, for a lazy Sunday. We got out for a walk with the dog. It's been cold and raining here but the joy of owning a dog means he needs exercise no matter the weather.

We got all bundled up and went out. As it turns out it wasn't so cold out there so we could have done with a few less layers.

It has also been interesting with an earthquake we had earlier this morning. It was not too bad, but I'm not a fan of them. I guess the one today was a gentle reminder that we live on a fault line. It's part of the trade off for the beautiful countryside I get to see each day.

Earthquake was recorded as a 4.4 magnitude. It was quick and I'm hoping that there's no others to follow. So far so good, but a good reminder to keep an emergency kit up to date.
