It's a pity that your posts don't get enough visibility on Steemit.
On a blogging platform as big as Steemit, you run the risk of not moving forward and not getting the desired results if you do not follow the right path.
On Steemit it is not easy to make yourself known and find new followers as in other social networks.
There are some basic rules to follow such as posting original content, spamming, plagiarism and AI are not allowed, images must be owned or sources must be cited.
The key thing is to interact with other users, read and comment on their posts so they will be enticed to visit your blog and maybe they will also leave you a comment and a little vote.
The easiest thing is to explore the various Steemit communities and find the one where you find yourself most like-minded and try to fit in and get to know its members.
