I'm cyclist as well but of the mountain bike variety. I've been unable to ride because of traveling recently so I'm looking forward to getting on the trail for some excitement.

Maybe pack some activated charcoal in case one of your colleagues goes for the questionable food again :) It's helped me quite a number of times.
