Day 1 - Unfit
I had 2 weeks off from rugby for Christmas.During this break I did not perform any exercises, bad mistake. This week rugby is back on and last night at training I was so unfit. My lungs were on fire but I didn't pull out the session or feel sick. The plan is to slowly build my fitness up through steady outdoor running.Going on to Saturday game based on how I felt after training I don't think I would last 80 minutes of the game. I need to get my fitness back on track. Everyone at training looked sharp and ready.
To prepare my self for the game Saturday, tomorrow and Friday I am going for a 5 Kilometers under 30 minutes When was fit I did 5 kilometers under 25 minutes, using that as a baseline am gonna see how I performance after 2 weeks of no training and no exercises. After the run, I am going to the gym and do a full body workout just to ease my way back to weight lifting again.
Being vegan saves cause even when don't watch what I eat generally the food is clean so, only put a did on 1 kg on the Christmas break.

Oats - peanut butter and berries
4 Brown toast - butter and beans
Lentils - salad
Waffles - dark chocolate and berries
Protein shake - berries and oats
