Remember It's About Self Interest.
Having difficulties influencing and persuading people?
Telling people not to do this or not to do that always works less effective.
What may work better is appealing to people self-interests first.
So if you want people to change then focus on this first and it may not necessarily be good or bad for them but ensure it's in their self interest.
And even better, show them that it's in their best interest.
Apply this to yourself as well before looking to others self interest.
