Everything is Change.
'No man steps into the same river twice' - Heraclitus.
The river has changed and so has the man.
Life is constantly changing and so do we.
Bad times never last so don't waste time resenting or blaming yourself and others.
Change is the only constant there is to accept.
We often don't need to change, we just need to come home to ourselves.
