When Things Go Wrong

It is so difficult to cope when things start going wrong and our plans go awry. Here are some pointers to help in such a situation.

  1. Stop what you are doing and take a break into the fresh air and take stock with quiet and peace around you.

  2. A weekend away from your Immediate surroundings can create a more objective approach to problems back home or at the office.

  3. If you are feeling depressed you can make an appointment with your doctor and he could recommend some light medication or vitamins.

  4. Having regular exercise can go a long way to help your mind and body cope with stress and anxiety.

  5. A healthy diet with plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, can help to minimize extra weight gain and cholestorsl problems.

  6. Try to keep relationships on an equilibrium with love acceptance and forgiveness being the key attributes. We all make mistakes and acceptance of others misgivings, will help to make our relationships, more tolerable and amiable.

  7. I find praying for those that hurt me, is far more helpful than outright confrontation which more often than not makes things far worse, in the long run.
