Promoting Posts - The Bad Way!
I just woke up and decided I'll open Steemit before getting breakfast. I saw a post of mine still hasn't reached a dollar ($1). I said "this post deserves some love".
So I scrolled down and looked for the "Promote" button. Maybe I'll spend 0.001 SBD on this! That will be a generous amount.
I'm on mobile, the screen looks like this:
Well, I thought I'm a very good mobile keyboard typist so typing numbers blind will be very easy for me to do.
I typed the numbers in. Nothing typed, I typed it in again. Strange, nothing shows up. I said to myself "Maybe it worked the first time". Clicked submit then logged in with a saved password then boom, I JUST SUCCESSFULLY PROMOTED A POST.
FOR 10.001 SBD! WTF?!
(That's actually a big amount for me...)
Also, I just found out that the 10SBD was a winning from the LEARN TO DRAW WITH FRIENDS contest by @tonyr, great guy. Thanks Tony! I really appreciate your support for our fellow artists. Expect that I will join your contest till forever. I had my dad and little sis join your contest too and it has been a very rewarding experience for us 3. Thanks!

It's not. There are some posts promoted with 20$ without earnings. See @promoted's post.
