#TreeTuesday and Ethernet
#treetuesday was initiated by @old-guy-photos and this is my contribution to it. These beautiful trees live on a farm in Illinois.
I'm very excited because my Husband ran the new Ethernet line up to the office last night so all is right with my internet again. He also got my ceiling fan installed and my desk put back together, the day before.
I got everything sorted back onto my desk. I still have photographs to hang in the room but it's functional and I know where everything is now. That alone is huge, just knowing where everything is! :D
I really don't mean to brag but while hubby was taking his time installing the ceiling fan and putting my desk back together I got my job done rather quickly. Didn't I do a great job putting the new floor vent in and plastic air flow controller thingy on it? ;P

I literally laughed out loud when I read that.
In my defense, he insisted on getting it all done. A person might think he was anxious to get me moved upstairs and further away from him. ;P LOL I have teased him about that anyhow.

Your photo takes me back to the midwest. And the new office is looking quite spiffy and very handy and useful. And hub's looks like quite the handyman. Nice to have someone who knows how to do these things, and save money and time. Have fun in the new 'digs'...so nice to have a photo area dedicated as well (from another post, I think). I have to set things up a lot and then take down.
Hubby is very handy and he likes to stay busy so that is a double win for me. :P
Yeah, I do have an area of wall dedicated to photos. I had to order 'special' frames for my parents. They are due to arrive today. Once I have them I can finish the photo wall. :D
I have to work the next 6 days, including today, so it may be a slow process. lol
Looks like a big Christmas Tress. ;) I never see air flow controller in my entire life. LOL Your tandem really works fast. ;)
That air flow controller holds to the top of the vent with magnets. Ha!

I am loving this space. I have to work the next 6 days and I don't want to leave my new cozy space.
It doesn't help that I usually work 3 days a week but it's 6 this week. lol
Love the trees! I guess I am a tree hugger from way back! lol You have reliable internet! yea! You did a great job on the floor vent! You now can say you have a new vocation!

Thanks. I love to visit Illinois but I have to admit my hair is not cut out to live there again. It's flat and the wind is always blowing. lol
lol! My hair is wild and curly. I used to straighten it. I finally just let her go free and do her own thing. I spent a summer in Chicago back in the 90's. I remember how bad the wind was.
As Nazim Hikmet said once : To live! Like a tree alone and free /Like a forest in brotherhood ... Meanwhile he is most important and talented Turkish Poet...If you have some time you should read his english poems and his life...anyway...

Thanks, I am loving my new space. It's came together even better than I had hoped and I have to give many thanks to my husband for helping me make it happen.
I put a new vent in the floor too. :P LOL
