One Blockchain, One Love

It's an iconic slogan associated with one of the greatest musician of our time. The song is an anthem to many who wish to see a better world. It is a testament to the faith that Bob Marley place in humanity as he rally humanity to the unification of love and togetherness. He encourages us to try our best to make this world a better place. It is a beautiful message as it transcends time, the 1960's and 70's were bitter times as racial tension spur and varying political and religious ideology divided humanity. Today we have accomplished a lot and have bridged the gap slightly but still a lot of work remains. The song is just as important as it was then to our 2017 reality today.

Today we celebrate the fruits of this message, yes I say fruits of this One Love message. It's one sweet, amazing, breath-taking and genius invention of our century, we all know it as Blockchain. Blockchain is probably the best ambassador of this "One Love" message. It has continued to evolve from its early Bitcoin days to Ethereum, Litecoin and the list goes on and on. As you read this, you are enjoying that continued evolution and genius in the form of Steemit. People from all over the world can come together, share ideas, inspire others, cultivate talents, earn and reward others. It's truly a beautiful thing, we can now have a tangible impact on the lives of people in Zimbabwe, Venezuela, Germany, USA, Caribbean, wherever you are from, its goes beyond borders, walls, culture, politics and religion. We all share this blockchain together, we all can see what's happening in real time, its probably the best display of trust and transparency.

The future looks brighter with blockchain, where it would take us, depends on how far we are willing to push our imagination. I am happy today because blockchain, epitomize the message of One Love. The rallying cry of humanity, no matter where you are can be heard and impacted with blockchain. I have seen some amazing content here and I can truly have an impact on the lives of the people that need it the most. Its very difficult for any party/group/entity to gain or take advantage of the system because of the terms and conditions of the smart contract. We can finally cure ourselves of the divide, and become truly integrated. The future is ours, blockchain can encode the message "One Blockchain, One Love".
