the great snake lives in the swamp.
Hear O myanda,
pantun advice parent.

Rice seeds sow,
on fertile soil.
Pantun heritage,
lots of wonderfully entertaining advice.

Acid acid star fruit,
although acid please passage.
Advice as a mentor,
to live in the future.

Besar badan anaconda,
ular besar hidup di rawa.
Dengarlah wahai ananda,
pantun nasehat orang tua.

Benih padi mari ditabur,
pada sawah tanah subur.
Pantun warisan leluhur,
banyak nasehat indah menghibur.

Asam asam buah belimbing,
walau asam tolong petikan.
Nasehat sebagai pembimbing,
untuk hidup di masa depan.
