I have a 3 and half year old and when he was less than one we let him watch some of the Disney mickey mouse clubhouse and other cartoons and now he wants to always ask for the phones to watch cartoons on youtube and we try to limit the amount of time he watches TV and videos on youtube because it does affect them.
Yes we used to let our kids watch Disney, but we noticed their behavior became irrationally after, so we stopped it a year ago and they behave a lot calmer now, some of the Japanese animation is really good, very peaceful and respectful.
