Fear Will Take You Nowhere; Overcome IT, or Die of IT

Hello steemians, how was the last week and your weekend?

I hope you had a great time out during the weekend.

As we begin a new week full of activities, I’m sure you already have a good list activities and plans you want to fulfill this week and in the month.
You must also have had a lot of schedules for the week and for the month.

I only want to encourage you with this few words on how to achieve a that great goal that has seem impossible or difficult to you.

One greatest battle man has ever battled with is the battle of the mind, and our greatest enemy is the fear.

This fear has been a tool that has been used to fight man and has killed man than any other thing.
What kills a man falling from a height is not the fall, but the fear in his heart has killed him even before he landed on the ground.

Fear went deep to even go as far as causing illnesses to human such as;

High Blood Pressure
Hypertension

And many others.

And believe me, there isn’t much to say, I’m not emphasizing of fear in this write up; no, what I want to open your eyes to is the solution to overcome fear.

Just use the principle of the scripture;

2 Timothy 1:7; For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind

Fear won't take you anywhere, it will limit your ability, your progress, kill your moral

Here you find 3 things, which are;
Power: build strength from within, build your mind, increase your knowledge.
You would fear an approaching battle when you’re not prepared, learn to empower yourself in the place of preparation.
Love: have passion for the course you want to fight for, develop the love from within, it births inner strength and power.
Soldiers fight for a course, they get the inner strength to go ahead and face a battle, because their mindset has been worked upon by building a love and passion for the course they want to fight for.
Sound mind: get yourself together through discipline and self control. Take charge of the situation, don’t let the situation take charge of you.

For every challenge, Take Courage.

You can also use this principle: the AWARE Principle
A: Accept the anxiety in you, don’t fight it, it won’t help.
W: Watch the anxiety. Measure the level of your fear.
A: Stands for 'Act normally'. Act as if nothing has happened, as if you’ve no fear. Act just like the situation never occurred.
R: Repeat the first three steps again and again till you reduce the fear level.
E: Expect the best. Don’t nurse the thought of losing, plan for a lose, but don’t expect to lose; have great expectations to get the best result possible.
