A winning resume would stand out amongst other resumes submitted in an organization, and it gives you an upper edge over others.
One of the things many job applicants don't know is that your resume actually decides whether or not you will be shortlisted for the job you are applying for.
The resume is a great determining factor for the next stage, which is interview.

Make your RESUME professional; a well structured resume, which is logical and efficiently created will show that you are a professional.

Be a good Marketer; your resume is your marketing tool. Your prospective employer is your target audience, you are the product.
Give yourself a good package that will create a longing in the heart of your prospective employer to wanting to see you, which will make them have no choice than to invite you for the next stage: INTERVIEW.

Create an interesting RESUME. Job employers mostly turn down resumes that only informs them and not excite them. Make your resume attractive and appeling
Have a good presentation, a proper and attracting layout.
In as much as you want to keep your prospective employer informed in detail and market yourself, be brief; avoid lengthy stories. It will bore your employer.
Most importantly, your expression and grammar should be used in proper ways. Avoid as much as possible grammatical errors in your resume. It will not prove you professional.
Be honest, put in the right details about you, and put them in a nice and marketable way.
