Engineering is a very difficult field. It requires one to have a solid foundation in mathematics, physics and chemistry. It also requires good communication skills and a creative mind. If you are going to pursue engineering then you will need to learn how to problem solve, develop solutions and come up with innovative ideas. One time, I assigned my students to provide innovative ideas for crime scene cleanup and they did great. Engineering students are the future leaders of the world. They need to be smart, hardworking, and motivated to succeed.
