Why DEFI Dapps still get hacked

Dapps still get hacked or exploited every single day and most of the time is because of code forked or copy from another project without been properly review, most recent DEFI Dapp hacked from dForce, what I see on this space is a lack of responsibility from project owners to review their code before release, not following the proper time to test code or even follow proper infrastructure development guidance for a secure product, all we see is awesome marketing (PUMP & HYPE) with a huge lack of code review and audits, Cointelegraph wrote an awesome article about this that I really enjoy and wanted to provide my opinion as an IT and someone that had done QA for financial applications in my carrer as IT.
