The fate puts many people in your life, but only the best remain. Those with whom we have the most sincere and strong ties are established in our lives to stay tied to our hearts.  We say "heart" as a way to symbolize our emotional and social world from which we drink energy gulps that link us to life, the world and the society to which we belong. 

For this statement be true also depends a lot on how we ourselves are and the people who approach us, and this is what will determine the opportunity to surround ourselves with people who stay around us.

Fragile relationships and strong relationships

As I possibly should have already commented on another occasion,  for many people it is likely to feel homesick, but maybe we tend to not maintain contact because even if they love us, they are not good. Put yourself in the situation and remember friendships or love with which you constantly discussed, which caused conflicts that could not be resolved. At other times just think that there are relationships that take our freedom by themselves by inquisitive attitudes by the other person or by the dynamic that we have created together.

At this point it is important that we become responsible and not be victims, because the situation that creates and surrounds a fragile relationship needs to be examined patiently from the heart.

So, like a variety of colors, we must recognize that sometimes we are not the ideal colleagues at certain times and it is normal that some relationships do not thrive. It is part of the intrinsic nature of the human being, the own environment and our own emotional world that are constantly changing. To a large extent depending on how we manage this changing world, some people will remain and with them, we will create strong relationships. It is a matter of compatibility, essence and intimate looks that feed us.

However, we can do something to strengthen our relationships and build beautiful pillars that support it. Here are some fundamental premises to create healthy and strong relationships:

• Listen to understand, not to respond.
• Be noble and not manipulate, and maintain loyalty.
• Keep our own promises.
• Be sincere and frank with those around us.
• Be considerate and thorough.
• Not compete.
• Apologize when necessary and forgive. The problems do not arise from nowhere and usually we are all responsible.

The person who dance with you in the rain will be that will walk with you in a storm.

It is not easy to overcome the disappointment of breaking relations with special people

There are situations in which we place our trust in a relationship and what happens disappoint us. It is not good to play the victim, but no doubt deal with these disappointments is often complicated and painful. Generally disappointments are usually preceded by a misunderstanding, because we ourselves did not know how to express ourselves or because the other person could not connect with us as needed, the fact is that most of the breaks is because some of the principles commented broke. After that we will have to deal with a deep sense of disappointment that no doubt is the sum of our responsibility to the other person, and the two as creators of a relationship.

Therefore, in these cases it is good to analyze the ego and see if there is any way to solve the problems created, to talk to the heart and close wounds.

If this is not possible, it remains just assume that there are people who come and go. In the end, as someone said some time, there are circumstances of life that limit us and others that give us wings; people who put more stones in our own backpack and people who are in charge to relieve it; people who bring darkness and others that do everything to see us shine.

Not worth spending time with people that do not allow us to be happy; not worth fighting for those who ignore us constantly. We value people who are with us in good times and bad times. Let us be aware of: people come and go and it depends largely on our choices.
