What does it take to make that change.

So today was the 1st day that we had a late opening at the laundromat about an hour and a 1/2 to 2 hours late today. Now I say "what is it takes " because consistency equals dependability in the field of business and that has to be shown on all fronts. Now today was a good lesson for us to understand that systems must be put in place to execute the desired effect and if one step is not done or completed the puzzle can become unraveled quite easily.
