The Theory Of Flags
The theory of the flags, or what is known as "Flag Theory", was developed 50 years ago by an American investor known as Harry Shultz.
Harry Shultz proposed "planting flags" around the world to maximize your purchasing power and freedom while remaining anonymous.
When he wrote about this theory in his book Tax Exile, the congress tried to censor him.
After all, this is a letter that no government wants you to know.
Of course the governments and company want you enslaved paying the state tax and even half of your benefits... Of course it is relative according to the country where you are.
"Flag Theory" proposes to plant 5 flags to maximize your purchasing power; freedom and being like the wind:
First Flag - Citizenship: The first flag consists of obtaining a second passport.
You never know what can happen in your native country, it is possible that a war is unleashed or there is an economic crisis. Having a second passport dissolves borders.
We do not consider it essential to plant this flag if:
- You have a valuable passport: Any European passport falls into this category since it allows you to freely circulate across the European continent and travel to other countries without hindrance.
- You do not have a US or Eritrea passport: These countries have a tax system based on nationality. If you have a passport from any of these countries, you can already reside and set up your company abroad, at the end of the day you will have to pay taxes for having one of these passports.
- You are not an individual with a high purchasing power: If you do not have an important purchasing power, then it is not necessary to plant this flag.
What people do not know is that your passport does not belong to you, it belongs to the government.
In the US, there have been many cases of citizens who, for failing to present the declaration, have been denied the renewal of their passport.
Second Flag - Tax Residence: You should plant your tax residence in a country that is not going to tax you for your world income, so you can pay very little or absolutely zero in taxes.
This type of fiscal system is known as Territorial. Countries like Singapore do not charge taxes for income that originates outside their territory.
If you do not build this flag before setting up your Offshore Company, you are committing tax evasion, and your government will find out thanks to the Automatic Information Exchange.
Third Flag - Offshore Company: Once your tax residence is planted in a country that does not tax you for your world income, you can set up a business in a tax haven.
In this way you will not have to pay company taxes and you can have bank accounts and properties in the name of your company which will protect your assets / capital from any personal litigation.
In addition, no one will know this information and what the company records in offshore jurisdictions are 100% confidential.
Fourth Flag - Assets in Offshore Jurisdictions: The fourth flag consists of maintaining your capital in offshore jurisdictions that have a stable and solid banking system and / or real estate assets in other parts of the world that you can amortize (obtaining a rent).
In Hungary for example, you can buy a house at a laugh price and get an income of 1000-1200 Euros. Your property is also revalued upwards every year.
As if all this were not enough, in the end you only have to pay little in taxes to the Hungarian Government (you do not pay the VAT).
Fifth Flag - Anonymity On the Internet: Plant this flag today by browsing through a VPN, people do not have to know where you are, or from where you connect.
Do not search with your Google account through this search engine, delete Facebook accounts or do not use your real name in them (you do not know how much information you reveal through these social networks).
An unsuccessful loser does not mind teaching people what they do every second, but as your power and personal assets increase, you will begin to monitor these things.
