Hi Steemit friends! I would like to share one of the air crashes caused by human error.

Air France 447 crashed into Atlantic on May 31 2009 killing all 288 people. Flight recorder reveals conversations of pilots moments before crash.

They were Captain Marc Dubois 58, and two junior co-pilots 37, 32. Dubois had been up all night in Rio with his girlfriend.

So when plane stalled inexperienced Pierre -Cedric Bonin 32, was at controls. But instead of lowering plane's nose as per stall protocol, he lifted it.

      Yes is quite old video but is all about how the pilots are trained that there was so many humans error and this is a good lesson for the future now days pilots.
