Have you heard of Dr. Robert Morse ND? If so, what do you think of his teachings?
Yes Steve! A lyme family ive been helping switched to the Morse diet and have exponentially catalyzed their relief! Tbh I need to learn more before contributing to more of a convo about him. If youre willing to share Im all .. eyes!
Thank you so much for replying to my comment. I truly was thinking that I screwed up my account somehow and become invisible.
I just recently learned about Dr. Morse and have been checking out his videos. If you are interested, he has a very cool search engine that you use to take you to any video that he has made and even takes you to a particular time in the video where he talks about what you are interested in. It's www.rawfigs.com.
I had a visit to the ER last week and had to spend a night in the hospital. Turns out I have something called TakoTsubo Cardiomyopathy AKA Apical Ballooning Syndrome. Basically a weakened heart. Supposedly caused by stress, thus it's slang name, Broken Heart Syndrome. It's completely reversible so I am looking at what I can do to fix myself. It took me by surprise because I have been extrememly diligent about what I eat for years now. My own theory is that it's a mineral thing. I've been drinking rainwater filtered through a Berkey filter for a decade or so. So I haven't been getting minerals that way. I haven't been taking supplements and I think I must be lacking in something. The docs have me on Pharms for a month and that is all I am going to give them. I refuse to submit to their closed-minded system for the rest of my life.
I like Dr. Morse's philosophy. He believes that humans are Frugivores. He say's our closest relatives in the animal kingdom are Bonobos. They don't eat other animals and I have been a vegetarian for years myself. But they don't drink distilled water either. Which in effect is what I've been doing. I've been trying to stick to mostly raw fruit since my hospital visit and am feeling pretty good other than being extremely weak and tired most of the time. And I think the meds are causing at least some of that.
On another note which I find a little disturbing. When I was admitted to the hospital I was repeatedly asked by numerous nurses and doctors what I have been doing and eating. I was completely honest and told them that I drink a few beers a day, that I smoke pot and that I had been using Kratom in my smoothies. Out of all the people I mentioned Kratom to. At least ten or so. Only two nurses and zero doctors had ever heard of it. But those that had were convinced that that was what was causing my problems. Even the doctors who had never even heard of it told me that it was probably dangerous. HUH?
Anyway, I'm not going to use it for the month that they have me on meds and hopefully they will spend a few minutes educating themselves in the meanwhile.
Again, thanks for replying and thanks for caring about people.
For sure cbd is always an option as well
