How are you handling your addictions and/or habbits?
I'm also asking this question to myself.
My answers sounds mostly: hmm yeah I would do this or that instead, but there always seems a 'but' attached.
Meaby I must try to leave the 'but's'. Buts are for pooing lol.
Let's take this not 'totally a joke' to the next year and try to do something with it :)
