In Henry , , let's read about this beast, this new government, this new kingdom based on liberty and justice for all. In Henry , , it says, and I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth, out of an unpopulated area, and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon. Now this is talking, beast is a kingdom or a government, a kingdom, as we read in Daniel and verse , these great beasts which are four or four kings which shall arise out of the earth.

Zechariah , says, not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the Lord of hosts. Does the Lord have the might? Does he have the power? Oh yes, he does. But what does he do with that? He lays it at our feet.
He says, choose you this day whom you will serve. He doesn't do, he doesn't win his church by might or power, but by his spirit. And second Corinthians , says, now the Lord is that spirit.

And where the spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. Wow. This new kingdom manifesting the kingdom principles of God, liberty and justice for all, religious and political freedom, liberty, God-like principles.
But does it apostatize? Does it speak as a dragon? Oh, I'm sorry to say it does. However, as we read in Henry , , this new kingdom based on liberty, political and religious freedom will speak as a dragon and will give its power to the papal church and make an image, a church state union, if you will, which will legislate and enforce worship of the papal Roman church as prophesied in Henry , through , which we are going to read now. And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth, the United States of America.

And he had two horns like a lamb, like Christ.
