And, you know, it's interesting, because the way we do operations in the US, we announce the operation, we tip our hand, then we conduct the operation. That is not how the Kurdish fighters fight, or anybody else really fights.
So I would understand that the Kurdish government is a bit bashful about getting into details in an operation that is pretty much fully comprised of their own fighters, but I know you guys spoke about this quite a bit so far.
I don't know if you've seen anything, you know, confirming or not confirming, but if you would look at Axios on 9-24 versus Israel-Hayom, versus what you see in Radaw, a lot of conflicting statements, but...
There's a lot of retraction too, Hazem. Well, the one thing I've seen that seems consistent is that nobody from the Kurdish side denied that some fighters have crossed over.
Now, nobody is taking responsibility from the Kurdish government, but the Kurdish government's statement, as relayed by Radaw, said some fighters have crossed over.
But the initial report was thousands, right? Hazem, let me jump in. But the report was initially thousands, not some. So it's very confusing.
If something is going to happen, is happening, was overly reported prior to, leaked at the wrong time, maybe it's a complete, you know, head fake disinformation to have them look somewhere else.
Can I try to have some... So what typically happens with these kind of communication is that there's a general plan that gets leaked to the news, right? That connection is like wildfire.
That plan in concept is real, right? That plan in concept is like an actual thing to arm or to get thousands of Kurdish fighters, right? But what slam dunks this whole thing, what like really pushes all this to the side, is the fact that there is no way on this earth or another earth that Iraq is going to allow there to be combat operations sustained like you might have seen along the border between Pakistan and Taliban.
