Hope...
What's up with hope?
What makes us cling to it so tightly, so fiercely, so blindly, so illogically? What moves us to wait for things that never will come and words that never gonna be said and people that never will never going to show up? Hope is blind... it makes us believe things that doesn't exist, it move us to do incredible things, it make us change our entire lives based on an "if". It is not certain, its just a dream, an illusion, a desire, a need and yet it move us, it fill our lives, it complete us.
It is unnecessary and at the same time essential to live.
Is like a never ending fuel that force us to move, breath, live.... to say things we shouldn't, to do things that are probably not a good idea. Hope is the mother of faith cause faith can't exist without hope and yet you don't need faith to have hope.
Is like a huge paradox that consume us, like a drug, like a gravity force. It can bring many sadness and also lots of joy. What's the deal with that thing? How do we unplug it? How can we stop hoping? How can we survive without it? Is there any way to do such thing? Do we really wanna live without it? Do we dare to see if hope is really necessary to keep living?
Seriously, what's up with that thing?!

I think hope is always positive, although sometimes it is sneaky and transforms into denial or blind faith, which are not so positive. I think excitement, hope's cousin, is even more important.

It is a tricky little thing, that hope. Though without it, I think life would get most folks down. And I'm sure what you're going through right now with your jerky governor, doesn't help a bit. Hope that gets resolved soon. Why do so many powerful people feel they are above everyone else? And are such asses. Hope you keep your hope alive, it is what keeps us going through the shite of life. And there's always some to go around. Have a nice Saturday night, hope it's quieter...
I was at 3 am with all this thoughts in my mind the other day so I wrote them down cause at that hour the brain go into "deep thinking mode" hehehe
