Yeah, Ford Focus... I`ve driven one a few year ago. Got it new and drove it about 40.000 km. A 1.7 Diesel estate. It never broke down completely but had some weird effects at times. At least the USB stick worked fine.
Lets face it, Ford is cheap american crap. Some parts were incredibly cheaply built, like the hinges on the tail gate. And the driving behaviour was pretty poor as well, in turns and even on straights if you drive fast. Well, I live in Germany, so "fast" means above 160-170 km/h.
Before I had a 2 litre Opel Astra (Chevrolet in your country I guess) TDI estate (german designed and built), that was better in all aspects. Only the dashboard was less colorfully illuminated. Thats what the americans do well - lots of fancy lights.
