I want to just jump into life. These small acts of courage are empowering me to grab a challenge by the horns.

That's what I'm really craving....engagement. Romantic intimacy is one piece. Living in a city is another. Training for an athletic event is another. Telling the truth helps. Full engagement with life is what I really want.

But what does that mean, specifically?
