Look 5 years ahead

I want $10,000 so I can live in San Diego for 6 months while I learn data science. And what I really want to get out of the machine-learning/data science program is a well-paying job. Like really well-paying.

But is there anything else that I could pursue that would cover my living expenses, that lets me be around people more? What I really want is for someone to sit down with me -- a very wise man or woman -- and help me look 5 years ahead so that I can have a vision for myself. It's really hard to get myself out of a whole when I'm living hand-to-mouth.

I need someone to question me. Someone to connect with and who can question me without judgement would be the perfect gift, now. For the next few months, the perfect gift is a place for my brother and I to live on our own.
