TreeTuesday - Some Offtime

I'm on a trip again. Although I would have liked to be at home with my sweethearts.
I try to make the best of it and take short breaks from the daily rush.
Today, for example, I took a break from doing the very important things. I landed somewhere in the middle of nowhere where it was snowing yesterday.
I did not have any clothes for a hike, but I left anyway. Was in jeans and sports shoes. For me it does not matter, do not need special clothes for 30 minutes walk through the woods. Just wanted to breathe fresh air and hear the sound of nature. The snow was about 15 cm deep, so the walk was pleasant.
Do you also take such time-outs where you totally switch off and do not think about anything else? I'm curious.

bin wieder unterwegs. Wobei ich mir gewünscht hätte, ich währe daheim bei meinen Liebsten.
Versuche das beste draus zu machen und nehme mir auch kurze Auszeiten von der täglichen Hektik.
Heute zum Beispiel, habe ich mir eine Auszeit gegönnt, nachdem ich die sehr wichtigsten Sachen erledigt habe. Ich bin irgendwo in der Pampa gelandet wo es gestern noch heftig geschneit hat.
Habe keine Kleider für eine Wanderung dabei, aber ich trotzdem gegangen. War im Jeans und Sportschuhe. Für mich ist es egal, brauche keine beseondere Kleidung für 30 Minuten spazieren durch den Wald. Wollte nur frische Luft atmen und das Geräusch der Natur hören. Das Schnee war ungefähr 15 cm tief, darum war das Spaziergang angenehm.
Nimmt ihr auch solche Auszeiten wo ihr total abschaltet und an nichts anderes denkt? Bin gespannt.

Irgendwie arbeitet mein Kopf gerade bei Spaziergängen auf Hochtouren ...
Ja, denk ich mir. Man entspannt sich und so kommen die besseren Ideen. Habe irgendwo gelesen, dass man ein höheres IQ hat wenn man entspannt ist.

Well...do it.. assess the risks before, so that you don't get bankrupt. And go for it. It is not going to be easy, as farms, even yours are hard to maintain and need a lot of work, patience and passion to succeed, but yes, go for it.

Nature is the one place where it is possible to switch off and gain back energy. We exhaust ourselves in society and need nature as an anchor point.

We need nature, that is a true. We come from nature. As the time has shifted and we got more daily pressure from the society, nature, like you said is an anchor point. Need to remember this.

Well yes. For me Nature is the healer. I do not get much time to go on vacation. But every day I take sometime to step outside the house and watch stars, breath some air and feel the nature. That really heal me from the inside.
You are lucky to see the stars. Most people in developed countries don't get the chance to see them. This breathing and relaxing brings us sanity in the daily hustle. That is for sure.
