Night Photography | Foggy Golden Gate Bridge | Long Exposure
Winter is here and its starting to get cold in San Francisco. Thank god we don't get snow like New York, Im happy with the foggy days and nights! Im more of a fog guy anyways if you have not noticed. I enjoy capturing San Francisco during the moodiest times i feel it gives my work more character and the way i see San Francisco as the foggy city by the bay.
This is a Long Exposure shot I took during a foggy night in the Bay Area at Battery Spencer located in the Marine Headlands right across the other side of the Golden Gate Bridge with a beautiful view of the San Francisco cityscape in the background.
It's rare to capture the fog below the bridge at night the climate has to be just right. For this to happen it has to be a Hot day as it transitions into cooler nights the cool air sits heavy while the heat pushes it down and causes low fog to happen. Drop a comment below I would love to hear if you have ever been to San Francisco yourself and if so please share a photo in the comments would love to see what you captured!
