I think you make some very excellent points here Mr. Tilsley. Thank you for sharing your ideas on this! IIt's always difficult in a position of leadership and handling situations, but it's also a great chance to learn and make the team stronger as a whole.
I don't envy those in positions of leadership - tough choices have to be made and you're never going to always get it right. But it does separate the wolves of the pack and who's who - the growth opportunities are enormous if acted upon.
