😅 you had a rough year burn one's bridges (still the Dutch way of this saying is still prettier i think 🤔), but I think you did a great job just like your friend told you before. Think >80% of the people would have freaked out when they did change so many things at once. Got to know you only after all these changes but while reading this you achieved this for 200%, for sure!
Saba 😍 THE pirate hideout looong time ago. Still want to visit that island someday. With the Orange fortress and Think you had some nice travels even if it doesn't feels like it, discovering your new homebase is like a traveladventure. And I did enjoy your posts about it👍

But ej Saba, AKA the highest point of the Dutch Kingdom which everybody tends to forget :D It is truly a weird but amazing island. 1500 residents, 1500 med students. 4 flight a day back to Sint Martin and 2 ferries. What I really did like there is that EVERY house on the island is in the same style, and that the general ideal is that people really need to work together a bit. Everybody truly knows everybody! But....mennnn, I know exactly why there are ridiculous issues with alcohol abuse there, there is nothing else to do but drink. I would get bored after a week of two as well after hiking every day I guess.
And yeah, burn bridges, or burn ships??? :D its very different hahahhaha
