Can I now send money through Blocktrades?

Can anybody answer me competently whether Blocktrades is currently working on translating Steem-Dollars into bitcoin? Can I send money now? Will they not be lost? Are the problems fixed or not? Who can give a clear answer? Or can I send money and they will go when they get to the queue? Why do not they fix this problem for so long? What's happening? How many days or hours are there to wait for the problem?

BlockTrades - day before yesterday: 

We're working as fast as possible to get the wallet back up. In the worst case, I expect it to be up in the next two to three hours.
