Steemit Support?

I transferred from Poloniex and it nevered showed in my other account. What happened? Poloniex tells me that i have to check with this site because the transaction was completed. So where are they? man this sucks!! please help .

I don't know who to ask, so i hope someone can help. 5 hours i think
I hope you can get this sorted out. I always get scared when I transfer coins. And I have been doing it since 2013.
So far none has contacted me. I summited a ticket in poloniex, facebook steemit, tried contacting dan, ned, blocktrades and nothing....as far as i know @blocktrades is the one that accepts the steem from other trading websites. Or maybe im wrong...but it would be nice to know. Crossing my fingers.

Yea, same thing here. I transferred hundreds in SBD to STEEM so I could power up and it never showed up.
