how to transfer your steemit steem dollars sbd from bloctrades to coinph (Ph. transaction blocktrades)

This is my personal method on how to transfer or sell my steem dollar from my steemit wallet,to blocktrades transaction and transfer from blocktrades information memo bitcoin address to my steemwallet account and via used info transaction from blocktrades,in order to sent amount of bitcoin to my coinph account bitcoin wallet.
if you don't have coinph account you should register on coinph website. https://coins.ph
blocktrades is very easy and user friendly platform the way i observe it.
the recommend minimum amount should be 16 sbd in order for us to save transaction fees..
This figure is a sample only..
- go to your steemit wallet and click sell
2.it will automatically goes to the respective website on blocktrades
you will notice that the steem dollar sell and automatically converted it on bitcoin and it depends on the amount on your transaction steem dollar and the frequency correspond market value on the currency itself by there platform quick exchange digital currency program.
3.after the amount of steem (sbd) dollar and conversions, you should input your receive address..
4 . go to your coinsph account wallet by log-in on your account on the website and this you should do.
this how to input proper transaction information via steemit wallet transfer
click submit
the steemit wallet transfer will process the transaction by minutes
and all transaction via bloctrades will complete wait for 10 to 15 min.
this will happen on your coinph account
wallet when you received that came from external account from blocktrades transaction.
the wonderful features @blocktrades when you had wrong information and transaction via blocktrades they will refund you via there admin..the same amount the failure of transaction
this is the the actual conversation support via trade on blocktrades..

i highly recommend using blocktrades because its user friendly and no amount will be lost on wrong transaction.

I did a transaction to convert my SBD to Steem more the than 30 mins back (memo 90349fe0-dbaf-4736-8038-a01007bd7f25) but I have not yet received the converted Steem.
It may not be a big amount for many but to a newbie like me its the effort of 2 weeks of work :(
Any idea what I should do?
Update: I sent an email to blocktrades support and they immediately refunded the money. Loved their quick response
