Amazing Winter

We have a very interesting winter this year.

Very warm and little snow. All residents say that they do not remember such a warm winter. The climate is really changing.
But I like it. And people who live in their own homes, not in high-rise buildings, also like it. Less money is spent on space heating. It takes less time to clear the yard of snow.

3 days the air temperature is above zero. The day before yesterday, it rained all day, and the snow is melting. This evening I went for a walk with my dog and it seemed to me that spring had begun. The air smelled of spring. The road was like the beginning of spring. The dog kept sniffing and searching along the road. It's like some kind of holiday!

And friends shared photos from their walk. All people have fun and laugh! Everyone likes this weather. And it's only the middle of winter. There will be February and March ahead.
Last 2 years, on April 22, we had big snowfalls. I hope it won't happen this year.

Tomorrow I want to try to walk to the river. This will work if the snowmobiles have made their way there. Last year, a lot of people drove around the valley, and this year I have never heard the sound of snowmobiles in the valley.
