Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Had a look at the site but it's difficult to tell exactly what it is - is it PayPal for cryptos? Is it its own currency? Is it a kind of wallet - and if so, why is it listed on CoinMarketCap? Is it an exchange operating in real time converting other currencies (both fiat and crypto) to whatever BlockPay is based on?
Definitely interesting from a high level, but it seems it requires quite a lot of digging just to figure out exactly what it is doing - there are some answers here:
