Tokenholders can take part in dispute resolution. This way the Blocklancer platform is not only a place for freelancers and clients; it is also a place for people to offer their expertise and evaluate the work of other freelancers while earning ETH for doing so. This is a key component in the Blocklancer token economy, and because thousands of Tokenholders collaborate to resolve the dispute, unfair outcomes are no longer an issue.

Tokenholders Earn Platform Fees.
The fees earned from completed jobs on the Blocklancer platform will be distributed among Tokenholders who participate in the dispute-resolution process. As the fees are paid in ETH, they remain in ETH when rewarded to the Tokenholders.

Tokenholders Can Access Premium Features.
Tokenholders have access to premium features on the platform, including a better visibility of job offers and in-depth profile statistics. This provides the Tokenholders with a better overall experience and the ability to work with the best freelancers/clients available.

Tokenholders Keep Blocklancer Running.
Each time there is a dispute between a freelancer and a client, the Tokenholder Tribunal will be given a vote to contribute to the decision, ensuring each dispute is settled fairly.

The Tokenholder Tribunal (THT) constitutes the core of the Blocklancer ecosystem. The THT is an incentive system that rewards Tokenholders for participating in the dispute resolution process.
