Governments are directing the use of plucin technology in the establishment of national identity systems

Various governments around the world are planning to use the Biloxin technology in an attempt to establish a national identity system from early October 2017. These systems are intended to be safe in addition to their use in both public and private transactions. Where the need to establish the systems in question lies in the inability of existing systems to resist various risks such as identity theft. One such example is the Equifax Consumer Credit Reporting Agency, whose data has been hacked to steal personal data from more than 140 million people in the United States.

Several countries are experimenting with the use of the DLT to create their own national identity systems that extend to the private sector and the government sector. Among these countries is Singapore, which is looking for a system that would expand beyond the services of the current citizen account of e-government services called SingPass. The initiative is part of Singapore's smart government program.

Estonia, at the same time, is also one of the countries that has successfully used the Distributed Account Ledger (DLT) to create a national identity system called ID-kaarts. The advantages of this system are the digital government experience of all citizens, a significant reduction in routine transactions, and the high satisfaction of citizens with their government transactions. In addition, the State of Illinois launched the pilot version of the Biloxin birth-based birth registration system with the aim of increasing security and individualizing their identity. The state government is also partnering with Utnym, a Utah company based in Utah, which is expected to use the Sovrin account book for the project.
