Wow! Wow! Wow!

It was planned and it was a great success. Today's meet up was really mind blowing.

Though I got there late, I had @daniel-otaniel tell me all I missed and trust me, I'm glad I went.

Scheduled to start at 11:30pm with introduction of participants, the convener @agbona alongside the co-convener @jotmax welcomed everyone to the third Blockchain seminar.

@agbona kick started the event with a talk about Beam after which there was a Skype session with Connor O'Higgins (Beam Ambassador, Dublin, Ireland) who spoke about "Why privacy matters".

There was also a panel discussion, moderated by @jotmax, with @stevenmosoes (witness, founder of @flaminghelpers and Blockchain pastor) and @captainphilips of steem Lagos. They discussed how blockchain technology has impacted them and the great prospects everyone can find in it.

@captainphilips also elaborated on the dip and raised three major challenges which Nigerians face which are:

  • Poverty
  • Unemployment, and,
  • Low standard of living.

This was a deep and thoughtful time.

The meet up continued with another Skype session with Matt Starkey (@starkerz), the CEO of @oracle-d. He spike at length about proof of brain and also introduced the @agfacademy, the first football academy on the blockchain (I have been involved with this, believe me, it's rewarding). This session was followed by lots of questions which he answered.

I must not forget the Quindax team, they opened our minds to productive activities. Activities that would be rewarding without so much stress.

The last session was by @marshalllife who introduced us to Enumivo project (I can't wait to join the ROE and be a part of the Enumivo UBI). He gave out some customized Enumivo shirts, I got one too.

We had pizza and a photo session. Then, meetup 2.0 happened, in preparation for @samest's birthday, we hung out...it was great.

Enjoy some of the pictures and Photoshop yourself in your mind. P.S: You'd likely find @gracehills or @sammiegold in all the pictures.
