A Physical World Version of Steemit!

Assuming this planned city gets off the ground I expect many interesting ideas and developments to spring forth from projects within the city that benefit the outside world immensely. Will the city itself be that attractive for people not interested in blockchain at the technology level. I kind of doubt it but maybe!
