I will describe a project about (TokenLend) which will immediately start selling its token. Take a look at the explanation of my article about their project.

What is TokenLend?
TokenLend will give people around the world the ability to invest in real estate loans using a variety of crypto and fiat currencies. Our platform will remove the uncertainty facing small investors by helping them build secure loan-based investment portfolios that provide competitive, predictable and consistent rates of return.

1. Loan Portfolio
The TokenLend platform will be released with a pre-arranged list of secure loans from trusted EU loan originators, and an easy-to-use interface for our future partners. In the first stage we will only receive a mortgage loan with the most reliable real estate property as an appointment. This will make it possible to achieve the best risk / revenue value for our users.

2. Secondary Market
TokenLend will have a Loan Participation Notes (LPN) market (ie "Secondary Market") where users can trade in sustainable investments for immediate liquidity.

3. Decentralized Architecture
The business logic of the platform will utilize all the benefits of blockchain technology using the ledger distributed by Ethereal. Represents each object as a smart contract and performs all operations because the token transaction between the Ethereum addresses will help achieve exceptional stability, integrity, and immune system data.

Total supply: 473 466 667 TLN
ICO supply: 350,000 000 TLN
Token Price: 1 ETH = 2 500 TLN
Soft cap is: 20 000 ETH
Hard cap is: 140 000 ETH

BONUS

Tier 1: 0> = 3000 ETH - 10% token bonus
Tier 2: 3000> = 9000 ETH - 7% token bonus
Tier 3: 9000> = 21000 ETH - 5% bonus tokens
Tier 4: 21000> = 45000 ETH - bonus bonus 3%

TOKEN DISTRIBUTION CHART

Sebelum crowdsale dimulai, token TLN akan dicetak oleh kontrak cerdas TLN. Jumlah total token akan didistribusikan dengan cara berikut:

1. 7% PRA PENJUALAN:
of all tokens will be sold during pre-sale. All pre-sale participants not only have the opportunity to purchase TLN token at a discounted price, but also have exclusive rights to participate in the beta platform testing stage and receive investment benefits before other token holders.

2. 75% ICO:
Token will be distributed during ICO. All unsold tokens will be burned.

3. 3 % ADVISOR
Tokens will be provided to our legal and advisory teams for their contributions. This token will be locked for a 12 month period.

4. 14% TEAM:
Token will be allocated to the TokenLend founder and team core. 50% of these tokens will be locked * for a period of 24 months, and the remaining 50% will be locked * for 48 months.

5. 1% BOUNTY:
Token will be allocated to various gift activities.
